Solar brings more hope in Bahay Pag-asa

A transformation center for children at risk and in conflict with the law will be able to continue providing the youth a better future with the recently extended partnership of Solaready PH.

The Solaready team has completed the installation of a 5-kilowatt solar power system and eight solar streetlights at Bahay Pag-asa —University of St. La Salle, Bacolod. The project will enable the center to save on energy costs and shift more of its spending on its programs and services for the youth such as competent legal assistance and livelihood and skills training programs. The streetlights, meanwhile, will increase the children's quality of life by extending the hours for different activities and will provide additional safety measure to protect the compound.

Not only this collaboration aims to reduce the facility's operating costs, but most importantly it intends to provide a better future and better living conditions for the youth.

Solaready PH has always been committed to delivering smart solutions that positively impact individuals and communities. Learn how innovative leaders improve their programs and services with solar energy systems straight from the pro.
